A guide to shopping online

I am delighted that you would like to order Stampin’ Up! products.  Here is some useful information on ordering your Stampin’ Up! supplies.

Where are you?

As a UK/EU demonstrator, you can shop online with me if you live in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austria and The Netherlands.

Shopping online

If this is the first time you are shopping with me, you need to register with my shop and create an account, once you have done that your information is saved for future orders.  Make a note of the monthly host code so you can take part in my monthly giveaway (more info here) to receive a free thank you gift from me.

No Minimum order
Stampin’ Up! doesn’t have a minimum order policy, you can order as little or as much as you desire.  However, as there is a delivery charge on orders of £4.95, not matter how small or large, it makes sense to place a larger order rather than lots of smaller orders.

Ordering £150 or more
Orders that are £150+ (before p&p) qualify for Stampin’ Rewards.  You will be able to spend the hostess pounds on any current item, or the exclusive subsidised hostess stamps.  This is a great opportunity for you to gather together orders from your crafting friends and place the orders in one go.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders take approximately 3-4 working days to arrive and are delivered direct to your chosen delivery address by UPS.  Once your order has been despatched from the warehouse you can track your parcel online.

A few more things

  • When you browse the catalogue, images are the real size unless stated otherwise.
  • Stamp sets are available in wood mount or cling (clear) mount.  There are also some that are available only polymer.
  • Your stamp sets come in the DVD style cases which make storing them easy.  They also have an insert showing you what is in the box.
  • Payment is due at the time of your order.  You can pay by debit/credit card securely online.  I am also able to place your order on your behalf and you are welcome to pay by cash, PayPal gift payment or bank transfer.
  • If your wish list is long, or you think your order is going to be £99 to £130 and will be ordering frequently over the next 3 months, think about joining with the starter kit.  See my demo faqs for info on being a hobby demo to receive the demo discount on your purchases.
