I have unpacked after a fantastic time at the Vox Centre in Birmingham for the Stampin’ Up! 2018 OnStage convention. This is a great event and I love meeting up with fellow demonstrators and catching up with friends. On Stage was extra special this year as we celebrated Stampin’ Up!’s 30th anniversary and #Onstage2018 attendees were truly spoilt.
We know when we go to conventions that we get gifts, this time I am glad we were gifted two bags! On our tables were boxes and inside were lovely gifts which included notepads and pens plus our convention bag. It is quite overwhelming by the amount of product and everything else I received FREE!
We have business training, get messages from Home Office, and demonstrators do presentations of new product. We also get to have some excitement and receive some of the new product with prize patrols and all attendee gifts. We also get recognised for certain achievements and this included me for my achievement for the last Stampin’ Up! year.
My goal is to achieve the 2020 incentive trip – I’ve always wanted to go to Hawaii. So, I am extremely thankful to those that share my crafting pleasure, those who support me by shopping with me as their demonstrator and I mustn’t forget my family who are with me all the way (Brian knows that the large brown boxes are also for the rabbits (once emptied)!).
As well as seeing new products, we also get to play with some of them during make and takes. Check my Pinterest board for more!
I don’t know how many times I have been asked about whether Stampin’ Up! have a dog set, someone’s ears must have been burning!
Did I say we get to see new catalogues…
We’ll be having another great event in April.. So, if you’d like to join me then, be sure to join my Platina Stampers Group as a demonstrator before that! Click here for all the info!
